For the chanterelle sauce, heat butter in a saucepan and very slowly brown the bacon and onion cubes. In the meantime, clean the chanterelles, then add the soup seasoning.

Roast everything together briefly and pour in whipping cream, boil down a bit and add the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and serve the chanterelle sauce.
