Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
*****- Preparation -***** Clean, rinse and drain spinach. Cut kohlrabi and onion into cubes. Sauté in oil. Add spinach and fall together.
Mix whipped cream, milk and eggs. Drain the vegetables and stir the cooking liquid into the egg milk. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Alternate layers of pasta and vegetables in a lasagna dish. Finish with noodles. Pour egg milk on top. Grate Leerdamer and sprinkle on top. Bake at 175 °C (convection oven: 150 °C /gas mark 2) for about 45 minutes.
