Instructions:

For the lasagna, sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add minced meat and let it brown. Then add strained tomatoes, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.

Stir and cook on low heat for half an hour. For the béchamel sauce, melt butter, add flour, pour milk. Mix with a whisk and bring to a boil.

Grease a casserole roll with butter. Pour in a layer of béchamel sauce, then top with lasagna sheets. Then cover with béchamel sauce, then ragu sauce.

Then again lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce, ragu sauce, etc…. Cover the last lasagna layer sufficiently with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 – 45 minutes.
