Curd Cheese Spelt Roll

First mix flour with baking powder, add curd cheese with the water. Stir in salt and bread spice. Quickly mix to a dough.

Preheat oven to 180 °C convection oven and place approx. 8-10 dough patties with sufficient spacing on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the curd cheese and spelt crackers for approx. 20 minutes.
