For the homemade ketchup, chop the tomatoes, finely chop the onion and add. Let the whole thing boil.

Add a little salt, pepper, nutmeg, clove pepper, sugar and sweet paprika. Add the lemon and its peel and let it simmer for about 1 hour.

Season to taste with a little wine vinegar and let it boil a little more, strain and bottle.

Seal and keep the homemade ketchup refrigerated.
