According to the German Nutrition Society (Dge), sea fish is used far too little as a source of iodine in Germany, an iodine-deficient country. Iodized table salt alone cannot cover our deficits. This fish meal is quick to prepare, does not smell of fish and is so low in fat and roast substances that it is ideal as an evening meal.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
