Stir the curd cheese with the whipped cream with a fork, add the finely chopped kitchen herbs and the finely chopped spring onions. Season with herb salt and fold in the yogurt.
Serve with fresh tomatoes, young cooked peeled potatoes, freshly prepared cress salad or crunchy radishes.
