Preheat the oven to 190 °C (170 °C convection oven) for the Glücks-Muffinos. Grease muffin tin well and sprinkle with flour.
Coarsely chop the feta. Mix in cream cheese and cream and mix well.
Wash, halve, seed and finely dice bell bell pepper. Add corn and diced peppers to cream cheese mixture. Season to taste with spice-flower preparation and pepper.
Lay out puff pastry on baking paper and cut out 12 squares á 10 x 10 cm.
Line wells of muffin tin with pastry squares, lightly press in center and bend corners outward.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough square, bring corners together and twist slightly in the center.
Brush “Muffinos” with beaten egg and bake in oven, about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
