Stir marinade ingredients and coat the poularde with it. Place the poulard on a skewer and roast in the broiler for 45-60 minutes. Keep brushing with marinade. Finished.
Serve with a colorful leaf salad:
1 small head lettuce, 2 medium tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 bunch radishes, 1 bunch scallions, 4 tbsp sunflower oil or other vegetable oil, 2 tbsp walnut oil, 4 tbsp raspberry vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, juice of half an orange Rinse all salad ingredients and drain well. Pluck lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut tomatoes and radishes into slices, cucumbers into sticks and spring onions into rings. Mix oil, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and orange juice and pour over salad ingredients. Bring the colorful leaf salad to the table with the poularde.
