Mix water, egg yolks, sugar and juice of one lemon until thick and creamy. Later, stir in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, breadcrumbs and almond kernels. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in. Divide the mixture and stir the melted chocolate into one half. Layer the two types of dough alternately with a tablespoon in the center of the cake springform pan. Bake at 160 °C convection oven for approx. 40 to 45 minutes. Decorate with chocolate icing.
