Loosen the sauerkraut a little with a fork.
Dice the ham, finely chop the pineapple and slice the banana.
Cut the unpeeled apple into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix sauerkraut, ham, pineapple, bananas, apples and nuts.
For the sauce, mix all ingredients well with a whisk and fold into the salad. Let the fruity sauerkraut salad stand for ½ hour before serving.
