For the super-fast curd cheese apricot golaches, first preheat the oven to about 170 degrees.
Mix the curd cheese with the yolks, vanilla sugar, apricot liqueur, grated lemon zest and cornstarch.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 8 squares. Spread the curd mixture on top. Place 1/2 apricot in wedges on top of each. Fold the corners towards the center to form golas. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle the super-fast curd cheese and apricot golaches with a little powdered sugar, if desired.
