For the cream soup, peel the garlic cloves and finely chop or press them. Sauté in a pot with a little oil and deglaze with soup.

Stir in the Rama Creme Fine and let the soup simmer for a few minutes. Cut a lid off the loaves and scoop out the inside of the bread (be careful not to use too much).

Serve the soup in the loaf.
