Chop the onions and leek and sauté, when the whole thing is a little glassy, add the mince and sauté. Make the mince already small in the frying pan. Cook for 15 minutes, then add the clear soup and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, then add the cheese and spices. Melt the cheese.

At the end add the sliced mushrooms and bring to the table hot.

It is also suitable for parties, because the soup can be pre-cooked except for the mushrooms and only heated repeatedly.
