For the colorful sausage salad, first rinse, dab, quarter and clean peppers.
Cut cucumbers, sausage, peppers, ham and cheese into strips. Rinse tomatoes, dab dry, cut into eighths and remove stem ends and seeds. Cut olives in half. Remove shell from eggs and cut into eighths.
Mix everything together. Stir vinegar, yogurt, mayonnaise and seasonings to make a marinade. Spread out a large, shallow bowl with the lettuce leaves. Mix lettuce with marinade and place on top of lettuce leaves. Sprinkle chives over the colorful sausage salad before serving.
