Lightly roast coriander seeds and pine nuts. Then put them in a mortar and pestle with fresh coriander leaves, coarse sea salt and peanut oil to a creamy consistency.
Serving suggestion:
Arrange the Chinese cabbage on a platter, top with the fried ravioli and garnish with orange slices and cilantro pesto.
