For the children’s tiramisu without egg, whip the whipped cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone and QimiQ until smooth, then add the milk and sugar.

Fold in the whipped cream. Break (or cut) the sponge cake into smaller pieces, soak briefly in the orange juice and then fill into small glasses (e.g. tea light glasses) alternately with the cream.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder and chill.
