For the chocolate caramel wafers, first roughly chop the chocolate, caramels and almonds. Set aside a bit of the caramel and chocolate for the garnish.
In a large enough bowl, sift flour with baking powder. Stir in sugar and salt.
Mix oil, milk, eggs and vanilla pulp and add to flour mixture. Finally, fold in chocolate, caramel and almonds.
Heat the waffle iron according to instructions and grease if necessary. Pour in batter and flip waffle iron closed. Bake until crispy.
Sprinkle the chocolate-caramel waffles with the remaining pieces of chocolate, caramel and almonds and serve.
