Rub the chicken pieces with juice of one lemon, salt and pepper and marinate for 10 min.
Roast in hot oil until golden brown. Take out the meat, put it aside.
Sauté onions and garlic with the spices in the frying oil. Pour whipping cream over it, let it boil briefly and add the chicken pieces repeatedly.
Continue to simmer the dish over medium heat until the sauce has thickened a little.
