Instructions:

Prepare the egg noodles al dente. Pluck the cilantro and mix it with the eggs, a dash each of oyster sauce and soy sauce in a baking bowl. Chop the chicken breast and the crab tails.

Heat plenty of soybean oil in a wok or frying pan.

Sauté chicken and crab tails briefly and remove from wok.

Next, chop garlic, onion leek, chili and ginger and sauté. Add snow peas and celery, season with salt and pepper. Repeatedly add chicken breast and crab tails and cook, stirring, for three to four minutes. Next, add the pasta.

Fold in the beaten eggs. Once the eggs are set, the bami goreng is ready.
