Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Finely grind the millet and place in a large wide bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well until smooth.

Add water until the dough easily tears from the spoon.

Put the dough into a well greased oblong high ceramic baking pan and bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes. The bread will remain as high as the dough is poured in.

The same dough can be used for millet patties. You can also use fresh, chopped kitchen herbs instead of vegetables, e.g.

chives, dill or comfrey.

The dough is rolled out into round patties and placed on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and baked at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. The patties can be eaten while still warm, spread with butter.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
