Instructions:

Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 3 mm.

Mix the ingredients for the glaze. Spread the glaze on the dough and carefully cut out sticks of a size of 4×1 cm.

Place them on a baking tray with baking paper and bake the butter sticks in the oven at 170 °C for about 10 minutes until light.
