Knead the dough ingredients well together, adding a little water if necessary. Roll out and cut out round dough discs the size of saucers.

Spread the cheese and cream cheese through a sieve, mix with the eggs and mint. Form 1 tbsp. of the filling on each of the dough slices, brush the edges with egg white, close the dough pieces to form a half moon and press the edge smooth. Place on a greased baking tray, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake these appetizers called kalzunia at medium heat for 15 to 20 min. It also goes well with wine and as an aperitif.
