Mix melted butter, curd, cream, semolina, vanilla sugar and custard powder. Beat egg yolks with sugar until foamy and mix into curd mixture.
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, carefully mix with the other mixture and sifted baking powder. Carefully fold in the fruit.
Fill buttered baking dish and bake at 180° C for about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm and serve.
