For the caviar volcano, boil the potatoes for about 30 minutes and mash them into puree. Add 100 g butter, milk and salt to the mash and season well.

Arrange the mashed potatoes on a plate. Make a hollow in the middle and fill it with the remaining butter and the caviar.

Serve the caviar volcano.
