For the curd casserole, carefully mix the egg yolks, powdered sugar, curd and raisins and finally fold in the stiffly beaten snow with vanilla sugar and flour.

Bake the mixture in a buttered casserole dish for about 35 minutes in a 170 degree oven. Sprinkle the curd casserole with powdered sugar before serving.
