Instructions:

For the baked camembert whisk the eggs and salt. If desired, 1 tablespoon of sour cream can be stirred in (this makes the breading fresher).

Prepare the flour and breadcrumbs for breading. Heat the oil, cut the Camembert into quarters and bread each quarter separately.

Place in the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes on each side until floating. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss the cooked potatoes in butter with parsley. Serve the baked Camembert with the potatoes, lemon slices and cranberries.

Blackberry or raspberry jam also goes well with it.
