For the butterfly muffins, first preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the muffin tray with ramekins. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar well with a mixer until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Then add the eggs while continuing to mix. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Add the chocolate drops and mix well with the batter.

Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cups and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and garnish the cooled muffins with it.

For the butterfly, melt the chocolate and draw butterflies on a baking paper or cling film, open a book in the middle and place the butterflies in the middle so that the wings bend upwards.

Allow to set well and finally place on top of the whipped cream.
