Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the breadcrumbs until they are lightly brown.

Stir often – be careful, they burn very quickly! When the noodles are ready, strain and add to the breadcrumbs and mix.

The breadcrumb noodles can be served with a peach compote or sprinkled with sugar.
