Instructions:

Defrost frozen spinach leaves (600 g). Cook diced onion and at least one clove of garlic in hot olive oil. Add the spinach and sauté. Add double cream and season with salt and pepper. Remove crab tails from shell, gut and fry in hot olive oil for 3 minutes. Add to the sauce.

Info: Goes well with gnocchi or tortellini.
