Peel black salsify, cut into pieces and put in vinegar water. Cut onion into cubes. Sauté black salsify and onion in oil, season and douse with clear soup. Stew for approx. 10 min until soft. Put into a large enough bowl and cool. Rinse leaf lettuce, cut into pieces. Peel oranges thickly and cut into slices. Mix everything into the salsify and season to taste. Add: hearty farmhouse bread
