Peel and chop the garlic and crush it in a mortar. Add the chopped basil leaves and continue to mortar.

Heat half the vinegar (or less if the mortar is small) and boil over the culinary herbs form. Stir everything well, then cool.

Together with the remaining vinegar in a bottle with wide neck form.

Close well, shake from time to time for the next 2 weeks.

Then drain and decant.
