Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Crumble banana chips in a plastic bag with a pasta walker or possibly chop them in a cutter.

Cream butter in a bowl until soft, add sugar, eggs and salt and stir until lighter in color. Add banana chips, lemon zest and juice, and yogurt and stir until combined.

Sift in the flour with the baking powder. Mix with the dried bananas and hazelnuts to it. Pour the mixture into the glassine lined cake pan. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts.

Bake: 60-70 min in the lower half of the oven heated to 180 °C. Remove from the mold after 5-10 min. Cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
