Instructions:

Clean white cabbage, quarter, cut into tender strips. Peel ginger and cut into fine slices. Mix ginger with vinegar, s+p, oil and sugar. Marinate the cabbage in it for min. 30 min. marinate. Mix well before serving and sprinkle with fried onions.
