Baguette with Chili Garlic Butter

Instructions:

Press garlic cloves.

Mix soft butter with garlic cloves, lime juice, chili powder and cane sugar until well blended.

Carefully cut baguette into wedges about 5 cm thick, but do not cut through. Spread some of the garlic chili butter into each slice.

Wrap baguette in aluminum foil.

Bake in oven at 200 °C hot air for approx. 15 minutes, or grill on grill/plate grill until crispy all over.
