For the avocado patty, heat the patty shells in the oven until crisp. Cut the avocados in half, scoop out the flesh, mash it and sprinkle with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Fill the small bowls with avocado paste, sprinkle the cheese on top and then let it melt in the oven on the top rack until it is slightly brown.
