Halibut in Red Pepper Sauce

For the pepper sauce:


Porch clove, bay spice and parsley. Remove peel from potatoes, hollow out and cook in salted water until tender. Remove the stems from the spinach, rinse and sauté briefly in butter.

Then fill into the hollowed out potatoes. Halve the peppers, cut them into small cubes and cook them al dente in the frying pan, add a little vegetable soup and butter.

For the pepper sauce, cook the red pepper in the reduced fish stock, finish with a dash of white wine and whipped cream.
