Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites to egg whites. Line the cake springform pan with parchment paper. Drain the apricots in a sieve.

Mix the butter, egg yolks, curd, sugar, pudding mix and baking powder. Fold in the snow and pour half of the amount into the mold.

Spread the apricots evenly on top and mold the remaining batter over the top.

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Cool in the mold before serving.
