For the egg and potato salad, hard boil the eggs. Boil the potato for 15-20 minutes until soft. Peel the eggs and potato and cut into small pieces.
Wash and chop the lettuce. Wash tomatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Mix egg and potato pieces with cream, vinegar and salt.
Arrange the lettuce and tomatoes and put the potato-egg mixture in the middle. Sprinkle the egg and potato salad with chives and serve.
