For the apple sorbet, peel the apples, cut them into quarters and clean them. Heat the apple juice, add the sugar, boil the apples in it for 2 minutes.

Blend everything together, then add the juice of the lemon. Let the apple sorbet cool down, freeze it in a sorbetiere or fill it into a pacojet and pacotize it.
