For the Zellerrösti, peel and coarsely grate the Zeller and potatoes. Mix onion, egg and flour into the grated potatoes. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Heat oil in a coated frying pan, form rösti and flatten slightly in the pan. Fry for about 3 minutes, then turn and fry again for 3 minutes until golden brown.
