For the zucchini farfalle, cook the pasta according to package directions.
Cut the bacon into fine strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon in it.
Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes.
Peel the garlic and press it into the pan.
Add the zucchini cubes to the pan and fry.
Deglaze with white wine and stir in the crème fraîche.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Strain the al dente cooked pasta and empty it into the pan.
