Cook a mug of long-grain rice in 3 cups of boiling milk sweetened with vanilla sugar until grainy. When it has cooled down, add a dollop of whipped cream and a dollop of plum jam. Sprinkle with almond kernels, toasted with a little sugar, and serve when quite cool.
