Instructions:

Make a sponge dough with flour, eggs and sugar and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.

Mix mascarpone with fruit yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and milk. Cut bananas into slices. Melt chocolate and butter over a water bath to make a glaze.

When sponge dough is ready, remove from oven, top with bananas, spread cream over top and pour melted chocolate over top.

Allow the banana slices to cool.
