For the lukewarm fennel salad with grapefruit, wash and clean the bulbs and set the greens aside for decoration. Cut the fennel into fine strips with a slicer.

Melt the butter in a pan and saute the fennel over medium heat. When it is firm to the bite, deglaze with the herb liqueur ,add the grained soup and mix well.

Put the lid on and let it simmer for 5 minutes. In the meantime, peel the grapefruit, separate the fillets and cut them into pieces.

Spread the fennel on plates and let it cool a bit. Arrange the greens of the fennel and the grapefruit on it and bring the lukewarm fennel salad with grapefruit to the table.
