Knot minced meat with diced egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and add some more flavor. At last mix in the ham and cheese cubes. Divide the minced meat into 4 portions and form meat loaves with moistened hands. In hot clarified butter on a medium gas flame, fry the minced meat on both sides. Serve with potato salad
