For the apricot spitz, heat the milk with a little salt in a pot, mix the vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, and sugar with some of the milk and stir into the boiling milk.

Add the yolks (do not let them boil any more). Cover with plastic wrap and let cool. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.

Brush the edge with cold water, apply a strip of cream diagonally and place a halved apricot in each corner. Now fold the corners (without cream) overlapping to the center.

Brush the dough with cold water. Place the apricot tops on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at medium heat until they have a nice golden yellow color.
