Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Boil water with salt and oil, put pasta, stir once and swell for about 8 min. in the reheat. Drain, drain and cool.
Dice ham, stir with chopped herbs, softened fat and remaining ingredients. Stir in pasta and season to taste. Grease pudding mold, sprinkle with bread crumbs, pour in quantity firmly. Boil in a bain-marie, continue to boil for 60 min and finish cooking in the reheat for 15 min.
Loosen the pudding at the edge and turn out onto a serving plate.
Serve with herb, tomato or caper sauce.
Serving: Vegetable salad or vegetables in sauce or salad.
