Instructions:

First, peel and finely chop the onion.

Cut the liver loaf into strips (about 4-5 cm long, 1 cm thick). Mix a little milk with the flour.

Fry the onions a little in canola oil, then add the meatloaf and fry until it has some color.

Add the thyme, tomatoes and milk and bring to a boil. Then add the milk-flour mixture to thicken the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Then dress and serve.
