Pancakes:

Stir the rice flour and the Urid Dal flour with the warm water to form a creamy dough and let it swell for one night, covered with a towel.

A day later, mix the batter, add salt and pepper and the baking powder and bake narrow pancakes in hot fat in a pan.

Filling:

Whisk half of the coconut flakes together with the cashews in a blender until powdered. Then add the yogurt, salt, chili. Blend everything until it is fine and fluffy. At the end, add the remaining coconut, mix everything together again briefly. Finally, fold in the chopped parsley.

Fill the finished dosas with the coconut chutney.

Other : one night o. minimum. 4 hours

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
